I just updated to WordPress 3.5.1 and YAPB 1.10.10 and found my multisite fix for YAPB still be required.
To make it easier for you, I provide the patched file below.
Use it at your own risk – I tested it only on a single photo blog of a multisite WP installation.

While I found the WordPress multisite functionality quite easy to setup, I found some pitfalls which I will document here so I won’t tap into them again. It may help other people too.
Recently I imported several blogs into a WordPress multisite installation (using sub-directories, not sub-domains).
I had an issue with my photo blog that uses the YAPB (yet-another-photoblog) plugin. Images were not shown and I got an “Error: File not found!” message when I tried to upload images.
